Naturally Crafted
Our website is forever evolving as we are constantly adding the newly handcrafted items we receive, while our antique and vintage range keeps expanding steadily. It’s not just about the individual handcrafted item; it’s about the people who dedicate their time and skill to crafting these items, often using age-old techniques. You will often find that small communities are involved in a particular type of craft, which makes the resulting items unique to that area, reflecting their distinctive characteristics. I fully understand and acknowledge that some of our products may travel a significant number of miles and, as a result, have an environmental impact. In response, I am actively in the process of setting up a carbon offsetting initiative to help limit Naturally Crafted's impact on the environment, as well as sourcing products that are more sustainable wherever possible. There is indeed a lot of pressure on these small cottage industries and sadly, we have already lost many of them while continuing to lose more. Some of these crafts are recognized as being culturally important, which is why local governments are stepping in to provide better working conditions for the skilled craftspeople behind these beautiful creations.
